Medjool Date Shake with Walnuts and Cinnamon

Dates are fantastic! They can add sweetness to smoothies, salads, and in our case- a deliciously decadent milkshake.

Makes 1 tall glass

Ingredients:
3 dates - seeds removed
1 cup of quality ice cream
1/2 whole milk (this isn't the time to go for less fat!)
1/4 cup of toasted walnuts (don't skip this step! )
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of kosher salt
Method:
Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 15 seconds to 30 seconds.
Pour into a 16-ounce glass. Add a compostable straw and serve at once.
