Made with our farm's organic Goldensweet apricots, this spread is a pure unadulterated apricot flavor. With only 20% organic sugar added in this smooth and spreadable conserve, you get a little kick of tartness that we love so much in a fresh-picked apricot.

Store in a cool dry place and refrigerate after opening. Proper fridge storage: Store perishables (basically anything without vinegar or spice) in the center of the fridge/main portion and NOT the door. The main portion of the fridge is a consistent temperature, which is the goal. The door changes temperature degrees, sometimes drastically, depending on how often the fridge is opened, how long it stays open, etc. If not using immediately, store in a cool, dry place for up to a year for maximum freshness unopened. The shelf life for marmalades is about 2 years.

Organic Apricots, Organic Sugar, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Citric Acid. Manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, milk, and eggs.

Life Changing!

This is heaven in a jar. I have no words for how good this is. I really appreciate the intense and singular focus on the fruit and the limited use of sugar. Frog Hollow farm knocked this one out of the park.

The best apricot ANYTHING I've ever eaten

Growing up in the South, I never thought much about apricots - couldn't grow them here anyway - and our family always focused on peach goodies. When I discovered Frog Hollow years ago, I tried one of the conserve collections, and this apricot conserve just blew me away. I'm never without it. The peach conserve is wonderful too. I don't know the difference between a conserve and a preserve, but I know I won't ever be without FH apricot conserve again. I wish you still made the nectarine conserve.... Along the way, I've tried several items from FH that were new to me - all were delicious. Thank you for your excellent products and your stellar customer service.
